What is an A2 graded reader?
An A2 graded reader is a book pitched at elementary English — the second CEFR level. At A2 you handle simple, routine topics and the most frequent everyday vocabulary, so the reading stretches you only a little on each page. On The Reading Corner, reading at A2 means the original classic text with common words in the foreground and the words above A2 highlighted and explained on tap.
You can browse free graded readers with audio by level, or start with a suggested book further down this page.
